Getting Started
If you’re looking to develop your parenting skills and understand yourself better as a parent, Conscious Parent Coaching is ideal. If your whole family is experiencing challenges and everyone needs support, Family Therapy might be the better fit. During our free discovery call, we can discuss your situation and find the best path forward.
Just come as you are! All you need is an open mind and willingness to explore new possibilities. I’ll guide you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
Our first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping to achieve, and how I can help. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable with my approach.
About the Process
Individual coaching and family therapy sessions are 60 minutes. Sometimes we might recommend longer sessions for family therapy, especially at the start – we can discuss this based on your needs.
Every family is different. Some parents find 6-8 sessions give them the tools they need, while others benefit from longer-term support. For Family Therapy, we’ll assess progress together and adjust as needed. There’s no locked-in commitment – we’ll work at your pace.

Common Concerns

Yes! I have extensive experience with a wide range of challenging behaviours. Remember, behaviour is communication. Together, we’ll understand what your child is trying to tell you and find better ways to meet everyone’s needs.
Practical Matters
I offer both in-person sessions on the Bellarine Peninsula and online sessions via secure video call. Online sessions can be particularly convenient for busy families and have proven just as effective as meeting in person.

Results and Expectations
Many families notice small positive changes after just a few sessions. However, lasting transformation takes time and practice. You’ll learn tools you can start using right away, while deeper changes develop over time.
We’ll adjust our approach based on your feedback and what we observe together. Every family is unique, and we’ll find what works for yours. I’m committed to helping you create lasting positive change.
